The main photochemical reactions of chromophores containing nitrogen, boron, halogen atoms, phosphorus and sulfur reported in 2018–2019 are briefly reviewed herein. It should be noticed that the reactions occurring by means of photocatalysts/photosensitizers able to activate such chromophores have not been considered because have been described in Chapter 1.
