Limited fossil reservoirs and increasing energy demands lead to the development of renewable resource-based energy production. The major challenge is to produce a similar type of fuel via a totally different feedstock. Researchers have made attempts to develop such technologies and to find solutions for society. This chapter summarizes the various processes developed for the production of green gasoline along with the methodology to evaluate the feasibility of these units in a systematic approach.
