Among various type of photovoltaics, organic and polymer photovoltaics have been regarded as one of the 3rd generation power sources, and offers the advantages of low-cost, flexibility and light-weight. These fascinating advantages are not only useful to mobile electronics as a new power source but also to scalable devices such as building integrated photovoltaics. However, the low power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the OPVs has been one of the serious limitations. This chapter introduces various printing technologies and deals with solution process-able functional materials. It also discusses device and fabrication issues in scalable OPVs.
