In this chapter, self-assembled nanostructures containing glycopolymers are discussed. Following the introduction of general strategies to self-assemble glycopolymers, the focus is on drug/protein-delivery applications and glycocalyx mimicking of the self-assembled glyco-outside nanostructures. Glyco-inside nanostructures are also briefly introduced. Finally, a short section on hydrogels composed of glycopolymers is presented.
