Entrainment is the key to studying the turbulent problem of jet flow. The entrainment of ambient fluid along the flow path increases flow rate and decreases flow velocity. In order to compare numerical simulation results, generated from experimental methods such as Laser-Induced Fluorescence and Particle Image Velocimetry, the experimental study of micro structures of entrainment is necessary. In this chapter the micron sized vortexes of the entrainment for jet flow were recorded by using the Single Frame and Single Exposure Imaging (SFSEI) method, which visualised the micro structures of entrainment of jet flow. The obtained structures of entrainment were as sophisticated as the results of numerical simulation.
