In this research, a novel class of highly efficient, stable, green and eco-friendly magnetically retrievable ferrite-L-cysteine nanocatalyst has been employed for the synthesis of substituted benzoxazole analogues and was characterized by electron microscopy techniques (TEM and XRD). All new derivatives were characterized by spectroscopic analysis (FT-IR, 1H, 13C NMR and mass spectroscopy). Synthesized compounds were exhibited for in-vitro anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant activity by using inhibition of protein denaturation technique and the DPPH radical scavenging method compared with standard drug respectively. Drug ability of these derivatives also screened through Lipinski’s rule for the enhancement of selective implementation of in vitro activities of the synthesized compounds. The current protocol offers usage of greener solvents, reusability of catalyst, ease in recovery of the catalyst and more yield within short period of time. This present method affords an alternative greener approach from an economic and environmental point of view.
