Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) are a new kind of porous material. Nano-COFs have a unique structure. They have the characteristics of high stability, adjustable channel structure, and excellent biocompatibility modularity. In addition to adsorption/separation, sensing, catalysis, and energy applications, COFs and their complexes have broad prospects as excellent photothermal therapy carriers in tumor therapy. In this chapter, we present the latest advances in photothermal therapy of cancer based on COFs and its complexes, in order to inspire researchers to make further contributions in this new and promising field.
