A book on a topic of global importance and relevance would require a variety of inputs in various forms from a variety of sources.

Professor Aniruddha B. Pandit acknowledges the assistance, discussion at various stages and invaluable suggestions made by his teachers Professor J. B. Joshi and Professor M. M. Sharma.
