The tenth chapter of the book deals with enantioselective cobalt-catalysed hydrovinylations. It includes the first highly efficient enantioselective hydrovinylation of a range of substituted unactivated linear 1,3-dienes with ethene, as well as hydrovinylations of 1-vinylcycloalkenes, 1,3-siloxydienes, and vinylarenes performed in the presence of chiral biphosphine ligands and phosphine–phosphite ligands.
