It is thought that there is an ultimate truth behind the cosmos. Thus, both the periodic table of elements and evolutionary biology have been discerned as empiric evidence for the vectoral magnitude and direction of chemical and biologic reactions alike. They behave as diachronic energy vectors that transcend space-time as fractals of the Big Bang. This perspective on cosmology is synonymous with Alfred North Whitehead's process theory. Therefore, the periodic table of elements and evolutionary biology trace the energy of the cosmos from the Big Bang, instead of merely describing the superficial appearance of material objects.
